About Bradenton FL Lawn Care
Bradenton FL Lawn Care provides residential and commercial pest control solutions across Southwest Florida. As we continue to expand, we are hiring driven, goal-oriented Direct Sales Representatives to help homeowners understand their options and choose the right service plan.

Your Role: What You’ll Do
As a Direct Sales Representative for Bradenton FL Lawn Care, you’ll be responsible for:
- Prospecting: Connect with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, community engagement, and local territory development.
- Consultative selling: Understand customer concerns and recommend pest control solutions that fit their property and service needs.
- Pipeline management: Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and sales records.
- Goal achievement: Meet performance targets while representing the Bradenton FL Lawn Care brand professionally.
Are You a Good Fit?
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have proven experience in sales, with pest control experience as an added advantage.
- Excel at building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Are ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based role.
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Have experience in technical sales (preferred but not required).
Job Requirements
- Location: Must be able to relocate or commute to Lakewood Ranch, FL, and surrounding areas.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
- License: A valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
- Screening: Must pass background and drug screening tests.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
